yup they really need to make a solo mode gaunlet style.
why only pro get cool things like algs and gauntlet while we have the worst matchmaking mmr system ever seen in a fps

Best free to play, or for that matter best FPS game ever developed.

My team and I love it, IMHO no need for Solo mode in a team based game.

I literally lost any kind of hope for things to get better, new patch notes that will come into effect with new BUY Event literally address nothing, not one core issue fixed/solved...But hey you can spend another 150 bucks to "collect", well indirectly buy Fuses heirloom. I have been playing apex few hours almost everyday since I started this thread it was a.... I made it to gold barely am gold 4 now about half level to gold 3 and I must say, I still get complete clueless bots in my team who are rude stupid and straight up useless , I asked a lot of them which rank are they and 90% of them  was rookie 1, bronze 3, bronze 1 while I am gold 4 but i cant play with my one and only irl friend that plays apex because he is bronze 3...If I cant squad up with people more than one rank below me why the hell Im getting teammates that are even 2 ranks below me literally every game, its mind blowing lol.

Now while Im in gold I play vs people of the likes of that timmy guy and his peers and players alike who eat breathe and sleep apex :D then ok I dont mind the fierce competition but if I get useless team mates its me vs 3 stacked preds or top 3% of players, even if i kill 2 of them which I am able and did on multiple occasions the 3rd kills me 100% of time with no exceptions while my team is dead already or still hiding behind their cover 50 meters away watching me battle doing absolute nothing and after im down or dead they go headfirst into 2-3 people in a straight line - jesus even normal difficulty AI in quake has more brain than these people Im constantly matched with. But also a lot of times that discord duo leaves midfight like what, one enemy is down other is cracked and they run away , i watched them play when i was dead , they dont even bother to craft the banner let alone revive, they just go and hide in next ring and wait to get those 3 points...

Then nothing changed in the terms of lobby - Im in console lobbies almost every game, I tried control and deathmatch and i was the only MNK player on PC lmao everybody else on consoles and half the time I was put into an ongoing game where we were already losing by 50% in control or by 20 kills in deatmatch and if I wanted to leave I would be penalized lol like how legit and fair is this, I can do nothing but laugh. PUBS are totally pointless wont even start on that.

Few days ago in ranked a guy who was on console and also his buddy, I wrote oh no console lobby again, and he instantly went  "get good, you have no argument, you have movement" lmao, like movement what movement, looting box, or wall bounce, you can do 99% of same movement on controller that a MNK can do,And not once movement saved me from being fragged while a console or pc controller killed me so what is your point, you cant move while looting a box WOW such game changer, I have seen controller players do all sort of funky movement * , and pretty much no one "does that advantageous movement" literally, by that they only mean tap strafe which only PUB bot lobby smurf streamers are doing, I was diamond previous season and I saw literally 5 people tap strafe to "get away" and I still killed them while they were tap strafing , so what is the point of babbling git gud,u hav movment, people telling other people to get good while they utilize aides and half the work done for them by software should just shut up and take the L you are not good nor you ever will be and those complaining that aim assist doesnt even work, its broken, I cant aim with it,etc. should juts stop playing any kind of FPS alltogether, Shooters have always been * to play with controller always, but when this ridiculous aim assist was introduced  with fortnite years ago all what others did was just follow that to give people sense of greatness so they wont leave their micro transaction games and keep pouring their credit card dollars in, and both parties happy af.

If controllers werent so OP not one ALGS PRO would switch to it from MNK not one and then also go on and win the whole thing . And the % keeps getting higher every month , probably ALGS 4 will have 10-15% of MNKs at most. sad.

Audio....what audio...."hmmmm, adequate" - had a small debate with a guy on my team and he said that he thinks its intentional that audio is so bad, sounds from behind of you are non existent, there is no sense of position(well except your team mates they are constantly heard, and always one legends from team just doesnt shut up it keeps talking and talking about everything all the time + pair it with pinging items, quips,"ambient sound" it makes my brain hurt...) , even same sounds have different volume from game to game and map to map.

The only solution I see is Lobbies matched per input (this would be the only fair thing) - this mix of everything together all at once or whatever this is now, its completely stupid pointless and idiotic. Why not just give MNK lock on target button then and 0.4 tracking target magnet , really. but hey that would not be fair wouldnt it.

I want to opt out of crossplay, I want to play with people who can hold a gun and shoot an enemy, I want to have fun after a long day and not a cringe fest cluster * of console controllers and pc controllers beaming me without sound from behind, shoot me when i hide behind cover or trough closed door, seen it one to many  times bullets curving into me lol.

Well this game will remain half done, broken, unattended,... sadly and after listening to so called apex devs babbling about basicaly nothing, and acting smug and all mighty on top of their inability just triggers me.

I will give it one last chance until the end of this season , see how far i manage to go in rank, if nothing changes after season 18 Im gone from this gaming anomaly.

99% of MnK movement can be done on roller  HAHAHAHA. 

Im sure the pro streamers that have made videos discrediting this statement are all liars? 

Show me a roller that can tap strafe like MnK (not using steam configs) and I'll show you a gaming company that doesn't care about profit. 

Another issue that I'm having, is when I report someone, say for sabotaging, and the very next match, I get them as teammates again, or when I report someone for cheating, and I see them as the champions or in the next game in general.

How much sense does that make?

@ComicBookGuy2727Not sure what you're getting at here, @what_did_u_do has valid points, not to mention that there is a movement, that's non-steam config, that only controller players can do. Not sure if its been patched out or not, but I do know that you can wall bounce and tap on controller, its just different and harder to do. With all the children running to Cronus, xim, and other controller mods while hugging onto the aim assist, its unfair at times. Sadly most legit controller players play like they are a bot, that much is true. I think that's why you'd see pro streamer's controller settings, because they changed the game settings to better suit Apex.

Which to address the aim assist, yes its both OP and not OP, like its too good at times, and other times its just whatever they're using, (like strikepacks). I've tried controller on PC and on a Xbox, the aim assist is different mainly since they're different values, however it also does pull too hard to enemies sometimes.

I found myself feeling like I wasn't playing because the controller was doing all the aiming, and I' even took my finger off the stick, and found I was able to knock a player with zero effort... disgusting.

Also, no I don't use any strikepacks, mods, etc. My controller is a generic wired one that I've had way before Apex even came out, while I don't own an Xbox, I was playing on a friend's console. Their controller was the one that came with the system. Both my PC and my friend's console had the controller set to the default values.

So, in short: Aim assist is broken, while M&K do have advantages, controllers are not far behind. There's a reason why we saw a PC player with two console players on the team long before last season or so before we started getting put into console lobbies. I constantly saw PC players with two console players in S8, (or so) to S16 where the PC player basically sat back as the other two beamed people with strikepacks enabled. Some of the console players went as far as to use a M&K on console, (yes that's possible and its a cheat), because I saw several loot while moving side to side, a PC only ability. Yes, they had a console icon.

Aim assist simply needs a nerf, and that's something I think Respawn is already looking into, and anything like strikepacks, xim, etc. needs to be a bannable offense. You don't need any of that to play Apex.

To everyone on controller telling M&K players to "get good", have you ever considered how bad you'd be if your controller wasn't dragging your aim via aim assist, or if you didn't use anything like a strikepack, (assuming you are, that is)? Also, this goes both ways, to the PC players, there's no point in telling a console player to get good either, you've most likely would have just as much as a hard time if you played with a controller. If you're somehow a controller PC god, or one of the pros who plays PC with a controller, you're in the 1% or so of players who are that good, what were you expecting?

Besides, from what I've heard, PC pros who went to controller, only did so because it was "better", aka they used the aim assist and controller settings to outperform M&K. Could be wrong with this part, but as far as I'm aware some were thinking about going back to M&K when Respawn mentioned possible nerfs to the aim assist.

Like, I know this is a different game, but in Call of Duty: Black Ops, (PS3 version of the game), I disabled aim assist, configured in-game settings to what felt right, got good, and was in a free for all lobby, with every player gunning for me as I had zero deaths and 32 kills. I never played it pro, but I no-lifed the game which lead me to getting good at aiming. That and I was predicting player movements, such as if they ran into a building, I'd assume they were going to wait on the side of the door and was ready to combat it. I was such a threat, that 3 people got on mics and told everyone to target me. None of them managed to kill me. Too bad that skill didn't transfer over to Apex. My point with that, is that you don't need aim assist or things like strikepacks. Just like on a PC, practice, get better at the game, and don't use aim assist if you can. Aim assist gives a false sense of skill, and in the case of Call of Duty, it was snapping me to closer enemies when I was doing things like sniping.

Agree or disagree, at the very least, we need a cross-play option for ALL players, not just console players. Console players are the only ones who can opt out. Can't complain about a console player if they're not in your lobby while on PC, and can't complain about a PC player if they're not in your lobby while on console.
