The rate of fire means nothing compared to damage output, you only need 12 bullets to knock full health with purple and since heavy bullets slow you down dodging for 5.5 seconds is close to impossible. 35 bullets base mag and you can negate the ads penalty by upping your sensitivity it may not be op but it is broken..
This gun buff was a very bad idea!!

- @LocustSniper yea it has low recoil and reliability (slightly slower ttk) of the r301 with twice the mag. Switching the spitfire and prowler loot positions can be an interesting change that can possibly be a solution.
