The damage is fine on both (R-99 will kill someone quicker), peacekeeper needs choke removed and wingman needs damage fall off.
r99 will kill someone quicker if you can land all of its shots and are in a 1on1 fight not being gang bang by 3 ppl using wm/pk and lower damage on the pk mean a better chance to recover or turn the fight around on someone that gets the drop on you making it less likely that they get a free kill just for having the pk.
Difference is you need like 25 odd bullets down someone with the r99 where as a lot of the time you only need 2 with the peacekeeper and only 1 at times early . WIngman is slightly too strong currently but the Peacekeeper to me is just broken OP it's not fun when you can be winning a fight and BAM! all your shield and 50% of your HP has just vanished in 1 shot. Adds too much luck to fights. Crate level strong but not a crate gun.
