@RayleenKovacs Directx12 is not forced on players. You have to physically enable it in order to use it.
DirectX is what controls the communication from your CPU to its GPU. Which is a good thing. Keep in mind this is most likely a entirely different team than who would deal with no reg issues.
No reg issues typically boils down to the person's ping you are shooting. If they are high ping there are chances of no regs happening. This is why a lot of us have asked for ping-required lobbies. If your to high it forces you to a server that meets the requirements. Hopefully, we see something like this at some point.
