There is Zero Reason to NOT Do This Loba Buff

I DEMAND action. There is NO F*&*^ING reason to stop a Loba bracelet throw EXCEPT if it is literally off the map. ALL OTHER THROWS ARE VALID. ALL OF THEM.

EVEN THROWS THAT TAKE HER TO PLACES "OUT OF BOUNDS". IT DOES NOT MATTER. IF I CAN EXIST THERE FOR ANY REASON, IN ANY FORM, TAKE ME THERE.

Why do you stop Loba from doing this but not Horizon? Horizon's ability to get to these out of bounds locations trumps Loba's many times over. IN FACT HORIZON CAN DO IT FOR HER ENTIRE TEAM. Nothing happens except it pushes them off slowly. WHY CANT LOBA DO THAT TOO? What about this do you not understand?

The bracelet fail deal is one of the most heartbreaking things. The ability is already garbage. At least if you have invested all the time to stand planted for several seconds, at least reward me with a movement.

THERE IS NO REASON TO PREVENT A LOBA BRACELETT UNLESS IT LITERALLY WILL CAUSE YOU TO FALL OFF THE EDGE OF THE MAP. I WOULD RATHER DEAL WITH FALLING OFF THE MAP THAN A FAILED LOBA THROW. ALWAYS.
