they said my account was involved in cheating although i didnt even hack

They said my acc was involved in cheating although i didnt even hack. Im so freaking mad right now because its 100% a false ban. i've made a few ticket about it and they took 2 days just to email me ...

@Senzitsuu I know that there was an issue with ramparts shields where if you faced 2 towards each other or something then they would disconnect the player. I do not believe that would warrant a ban... but it could if the staff deemed it so.

Here on the forums you would not be able to really appeal a ban, it is more of a place to discuss ideas, issues, post bugs etc.

The best advise I can give you would be to either re-make a case Here  or just wait patiently for a reply, it is frustrating to wait patiently when you desperately want to play Apex, but you must understand that with COVID and other issues in the world right now; many companies are understaffed and it takes a while, especially when there's a huge backlog of emails to reply to.

@MoNosDirtyGaming Covid is no excuse for a gaming company to be understaffed when they are making more money now because of Covid and can easily have people work remotely, especially if it comes to responding emails....so many companies are doing that.

    @zelda_is_a_chic I understand that but in regards to a company as large as EA, they would most likely outsource to make sure everybody has their query's/appeals replied to within 24-72h.

    I'm sure staff do still go into office (if they aren't able to work from home) if that is so then there would be social distancing rules within the workplace, allocating less space in the office.

    Here in the UK we're constantly going in and out of rules and restrictions etc etc in regards to it, we're supposed to be going back into lockdown again very soon for 3-4 weeks, possibly longer, and everyone is still allowed to go to work/school. I hope you can understand my correlation. 🙂

      I suppose you’re right...I just hope that is the case and once we get back to a normal situation that they will take things seriously. Stay safe, my parents live in Winchester so I heard things are spiking you again!

        @zelda_is_a_chic eyo guys guess what, I created second account since this acc got false banned. and the same thing happened to my second account... I didnt cheat. welp i do swear sometimes but I dont think swearing could cause perm ban. My sec acc is level 180+. I just contacted EA and if they cant do anything im literally done with the game. The anti-cheat sucks thats all I gotta say.
