They said my acc was involved in cheating although i didnt even hack. Im so freaking mad right now because its 100% a false ban. i've made a few ticket about it and they took 2 days just to email meYou break our rules(https://www.ea.com/terms-of-service#section6) if you:• use software that interferes with or disrupts an EA Service or another user’s account.• use undocumented features, exploits or cheats in-game that disrupts an EA Service or another user’s account.• use software or cheats that disconnects other users from the EA servers.And i say NO i didnt do any of those. I am the one who got disconnected not the one disconnecting others and I didnt even cheat. Im so frustated. PLEASE help me.

@Senzitsuu I dont take sides in whether you are guilty or innocent (but I hope your account is restored if you are the latter) but I think many people get banned because ofEngage or assist in cheating or other anticompetitive behavior (such as boosting, collusion, and match or matchmaking manipulation)As you probably can figure out, "engage or assist in ..... or other anticompetitive behavior" covers a very, very large number of possible offenses, which includes teaming or playing premade with a hacker. Its quite common, especially in diamond where the competition is quite fierce, that two legit premades play with a low level smurf account who hacks, just to boost them out of Diamond into Masters. Ive seen so many people on various forums pretending to be a victim when their accounts got banned after playing many hours premade with a hacker. So once again; Im not accuse of anything, but I just noticed that you picked three points out of a much longer list of things that are considered illegal, thats all.

@E9ine_AC ???? I copied that very line FROM the TOS -> rules of conduct. It was the OP who just randomly listed three out of a bunch of rules from it and then said "I didnt break these three" Seriusly dude, do you even think for a sec before throwing yourself at the keyboard? This is the third time you just answer me with some nonsense BS where you clearly are 100% clueless. Last time, I posted a screen shot of my death recap where you clearly could see that 7/8 bullets that killed mee were headshots and you replied "Nope, he didnt headshot you", like a crazy person.

@Balladalidila From my understanding, he had been banned and received the details of his ban through email a few days ago. Due to his very words being... "And i say NO i didnt do any of those."...I'm sure you can agree that this sentence is past tense?If this was not past tense then it would be very fishy indeed.But the statement right after... "I am the one who got disconnected not the one disconnecting others and I didnt even cheat."... this one does sort of implicate him, due to him knowing he didn't cheat, yet understanding that he was in a lobby where himself or others were breaking the TOS and knew it was going on but continued to play.

Must have been something you said/wrote. I mean everything you can do that is intimidating in the game is put there by the game designers =)

and I remember the situation clearly; Some random dude started to harassing me like crazy because I didnt save him after he tried to 1v3 right after the drop. He went like "you f-word noob, never play this game again, I hope your mom gets cancer, uninstall and go play tetris etc" on the voice channel, i.e its OK to say mean things to each other, but NOT the N, C or F word (rhymes with maggot). Guess thats OK but still, its a little bit funny how selective "political correctness" is =)

@Balladalidila yeah thats so true, i have an idea what i said and its not that big a deal..... but what some people, even kids say trough their mic is so much worse. Maybe if typing some words is such a problem they should put a filter in place just like here.

@zelda_is_a_chic I understand that but in regards to a company as large as EA, they would most likely outsource to make sure everybody has their query's/appeals replied to within 24-72h.

I'm sure staff do still go into office (if they aren't able to work from home) if that is so then there would be social distancing rules within the workplace, allocating less space in the office.

Here in the UK we're constantly going in and out of rules and restrictions etc etc in regards to it, we're supposed to be going back into lockdown again very soon for 3-4 weeks, possibly longer, and everyone is still allowed to go to work/school. I hope you can understand my correlation. 🙂

@zelda_is_a_chic eyo guys guess what, I created second account since this acc got false banned. and the same thing happened to my second account... I didnt cheat. welp i do swear sometimes but I dont think swearing could cause perm ban. My sec acc is level 180+. I just contacted EA and if they cant do anything im literally done with the game. The anti-cheat sucks thats all I gotta say.

@Igotrejectedlol Because not only the account was banned but also was the hardware ID numbers. So any account made will eventually hit the point where your id numbers will be found and banned.

There are many forms of cheating from using wallhacks - recoil scripts to exploiting a game feature.
