This game NEEDS better servers.

@W1LLemP1e Ouch! I read a thread on here that claimed a high ping actually provided an unfair *advantage* to players because their client would register a hit as a miss on them, while allowing them to magically hit targets that were already gone.

To be honest, I didn't quite understand the conversation, but it's here somewhere, if you search for it.

Beyond that, I notice the first game or two of the night my 1v1 reactions seem accurate but as the evening wears on the lag accrues. Last night I got killed with what felt/sounded like 2 hits, but my death report or whatever it's called showed me getting lit up with 8 different bursts. On another occasion I had purple armor and a spitfire, and got beat by a Crypto with blue armor and the R301. I know the rate of fire is better on the 301, but it showed me landing only 2 bursts, so doing like 70 damage while taking a full clip. Made no sense.

Whatever the issue is, it is frustrating as hell to get the drop on an enemy, tactically having the upper hand, only to get done by lag issues. Whatever the solution is, please please please do it, EA!
