@Helkath-HazzurimBoth of you were missing shots. You were also a bit slowed down while aiming, that Fuse didn't have to try all that hard to hit you, even without aim assist. Furthermore, what's with your recoil? The Car isn't that particularly hard to fire and recoil isn't all that strong, however your recoil seemed far too stable. I've even rewatched the video several times on the slowest speed to try and comprehend all that was going on. At one point, Fuse missed several shots in a row when you moved to your right, and due to your movements, you couldn't get a good enough aim on him to knock them first.
At first glance it looks like their aim is a bit suspicious, until you slow it down and noticed how much they were actually missing. They shot you with a Flatline, its recoil is probably easier than the Car's, and so much of the aim assist is put into helping with recoil. Even if they didn't have that assistance, you still seem pretty toasted there.
Lastly, your video is considered "naming and shaming", which is against the fourm's TOS. It's best that you remove it from your post and just discribe the encounter, or to block out every player's name where it shows up. I typically would remove all instances of a player's name, including my own, so it's not mistaken as being named and shamed.
Aim assist isn't the problem with console. The problem is when they use strikepacks, xim and other scripts. Which if Fuse had that, you would of died a lot sooner. In fact, they wouldn't of gotten that close to you, due to not requiring close range to use the cheats.
Another problem is having to do with their system's processing. On PC, when a player runs behind cover, we see that (assuming the connection to the server is good). On console however, when they run behind cover, we may still see the player lagging a bit behind. This is often associated with seeing console players being able to teleport and somehow avoid damage that was dealt to them. There's simply that connection issue, which does also boil down to a server level, as well as the connection of all players. Apex servers are terrible, I know, but lately my connection has been terrible as well, and I've noticed a difference. Which is that its not just the servers at fault, but also everyone's ping.

I am born in 1991 year. I remmember the time when PS1 came out (there were no Xboxes and other consoles besides SEGA, ATARI etc etc). People since then try to make "Aim based" games for consoles and let me tell you... that my dear friends is a COMPLETELY FUTILE ATTEMPT to sell a given product to a group of... how to say it without provoking anybody... to a group of "not so experianced G-A-M-E-R-S". Plain and simple - AIM GAMES are M-E-N-T to be played by M-O-U-S-E and K-E-Y-B-O-A-R-D. Period. Ever since Blood 2: The Chosen, Counter-Strike 1.6, CoD 1, Medal of Honor, *insert 100 games that todays.... "people below 20 years old" havent even heard of*. ANY debate over this is plain and simple completely pointless. Its like saying that a Donkey is faster than Ferrari. The Black is really White. Well it is not. Plain and simple.
- 4 years ago@Midnight9746 your reply is long and completely misses the point. He hit more shots in my head and literally stood there like a bot. The point is that I'm moving and shaking, and he's doing literally absolutely nothing except for standing there shooting.
Also, thanks for the casual implication of cheating, yet simultaneously undercutting your own argument about the CAR's recoil. Look up "aim smoothing" on YT by Torje

@Helkath-Hazzurim Well I don't know if this is a serious thread but I'll be honest anyway.
#1. You weren't moving. You were slightly jiggling left and right with a movement that was neither quick nor unpredictable. I've seen tougher to track strafes from the average console Wraith and ridiculous parkour moves from a PC player so your movements were barely anything.
#2. By holding still he made himself an easier target but he also made it easier for him to aim at you. Add into the fact that you were barely moving and I'd be surprised if he didn't fill your head with half his mag.
This does highlight a frustrating aspect of fighting against console players if your lazy waltz would actually throw off average - below average PC players. Assuming that's true then Aim Assist did make the difference in your fight. Despite that it was still a close fight between two players that are on the same level so there's no real problem here.
I just dislike how you make it sound like you put a lot of work into dodging shots when you really didn't.
- Midnight97464 years agoHero+@Helkath-Hazzurim "Undermining myself", isn't a problem here. However, it is funny that you expect a lot of movement from a console player.
All that aim assist does is help them track you better. It doesn't let them snap to you. You could have ran around them, and it would be harder for them to hit you, assuming they have a low sensitivity. Even if it's a high sensitivity, you would of noticed them still missing shots.
Aim assist is like that baseball holder stand that you would use for people just starting out or for little kids, so they can hit the ball that isn't moving. Yet, people seem to think it's aimbot. If they a had strikepack or like xim, or something else, you would of been flatten the moment they shot at you. There wouldn't be a any kind of misses.
You say you're using aim smoothing, if you were really that good, you wouldn't of be missing shots since you would be "on point". Not to mention that method seems like it should be considered cheating, due to how it is negating recoil. Just saying, the guy in the video wasn't missing with their shots, since they basically don't have recoil.
Oh, and as mentioned before... Flatline does kill faster, you were too busy missing shots yourself, so you didn't get the better of them. You've also stated that you're not calling them a cheater exactly, well if that's the case... don't report them. That falls under "falsely reporting", which could get YOU banned instead.
You have to be sure they're breaking the game's rules or have a real reason to report, that isn't out of spite due to their platform, like what @E9ine_AC had stated before.
