Report and mute. The end. You are probably responding to them and feeding the troll trying to get the last word. It's way easier to ignore them than you are making it out to be. Plus this will happen on literally any multiplayer team based game. You need to learn how to deal with these issues instead of complain about it. Just try reporting and muting every time it happens and make it a habit. Easy
