@Metr🤭din You'll just hear pros complain that they're not stomping on players like they used to, as far as I'm aware of, pros playing in the lobbies now are more valuable, as they stream, and anything that hurts that, hurts the game and EA/Respawn.
So basically, I doubt there's going to ever be this change or a change like this, because it removes the "pro scene", and thus the games loses viewership. Its kinda an odd concept to think about, but that's just how it is. I think the shield nerf they added a few seasons ago but reverted, was so pros can kill people quicker, but it was mainly to make fights not last as long, but the community didn't like it. (It made each shield go down a level, with level 1, only givng 25 in shields, and not 50).
Overall, a lot of the game's "skill based" mechanics are removed or nerfed to the ground, and I'm guessing so its an equal playing field for everyone, even though it just makes it easier for pros and sweats to wipe the lobby.
