Ultimate Accelerant should refund time, not percentage
I think Ultimate Accelerent should just refund a static 90s (75% of 120s, 30% of 300s) This would make UA more useful for quick Ultimates.

Also we should never see a percent value but the actual time in seconds!
I seriously don't understand this design decision to use percents instead of actual time.
@PsyhiX69A second timer would honestly be so much better because every legend has a different cooldown so Octane’s is like 90 seconds while Gibralter’s is multiple minutes if I’m not mistaken
someone had an idea for blue, accelerants doing like 30, purple accelerants doing 50, and gold accelerants doing 100 but I think it would be better at like 75-80 so someone can’t do like back to back Gibralter Ultimates
