Unfair client ban when I wasn't aware of account being used.

Hello everyone!

Hope you all having good day.

I wanted to say that at first, I never liked apex legends because of it's different mechanics than other games. When the covid lockdown started I decided to give it more time. Then I started to play everyday 24 hours and suddenly I got my first heirloom. Then I dived into it even more and kept playing for days and nights. I never knew I'm gonna be that person who will ever play this game more than any other. Then I started to put my savings into this account and kept doing it and unlocked so many things. You can say I out my everything in this account I had. 

Now, yesterday I started my game and started matchmaking. But when It got to the loading timer it kicked me out of the lobby with the error "The game client has been banned. Banned". I nearly had a heart attack and quickly checked if there was something wrong with my account. So there was this 2 step, it was turned off and also there was unknown new location added to where you see your logged in devices. I quickly removed that device and talked to an agent and sorted my security. Then after I tried again and the ban was still there.

The above is my YouTube channel and a proof as well that I've been really legit player from the beginning and I would never use such hacks or cheats to gain advantage I don't even want. This account is my everything and I don't wanna lose it. There was already security problems with my account and they were sorted out before but this time that person really messed things up for me.

I'm so depressed right now I can't do anything but just appeal for it again and again.

Please I deserve a chance to get my account restored.

    @S1mply_ACE Just request a live chat and ask the EA support guy to check what triggered the ban, if the person from EA tells you that he will transfer you to ToS, REQUEST NEW LIVE CHAT! Some employees just don't want to help. Be kind and ask why your account is blocked, explain everything to them and give them a link to your youtube channel. ToS also block for multiple reports, several people here from the forum has been unblocked after talking to EA support, not ToS!

    @S1mply_ACEToS never unban! Literally, if you have collected a lot of reports, they will block you without video proof. They leave hackers who have not put money into the game to play for 1-2-3 seasons but block good players without a problem.

    @MonacoianMan cmon like wtf you talking about....First of all be a bit fair probably every second hacker appeals his ban, so you cant be surprised its very hard to get unbanned when falsely banned

    I would really like to know how low the percentage of false bans actually is, its probably below 0.5%


    @ronigt Get to live chat appeal the ban,if the account got hacked they usually are able to see it and will revoke it. if it didnt get hacked than you were a naughty boy 😉
    Stats proove legit nothing and wont help you at all, you can have a 0.5kda and still use recoilmacros

    I'm really trying it here they're only telling me that I will receive reply from TOS team. I really don't know what to do 

    And yes my account was logged in somewhere on 11 Oct. I honestly used to stream with friends and randoms. We are a community and have discord and have legit players from all around the world. I spend good amount of time and money and I would never think of using any third party software to gain advantage

    @matzesingt The EA team can see why you are banned and what is the path of your ban like D:\ApexHack\Apex.exe

    He is banned by ToS - there are too many reasons why they ban you, hacking is one of them but the rest of the time they ban for breaking many rules.

    @S1mply_ACE Another player (SteamedPaul) here had posted that he had been banned some time ago for no reason, after my help he was unbanned and continues to play. ToS block for everything from insults to trying to insert a stolen credit card into their system аnd they never remove the ban. Even SteamedPaul was denied help several times. As I said, explain the situation to them, give them information, everything, if they don't help you, ToS are very slow, they will contact you within 1 month.

    @ronigt YOU cheated. YOU get banned. These posts are hilarious. Someone else had access to YOUR computer and purchased cheats on YOUR computer just to use YOUR account? Seems unlikely to me. Make a new account and change your hardware ID. Also change your windows password and don't give it out to other people.
