What I don’t get is the tier4 backpack makes consumables lightning quick to use and the helmets ability recharge is never not going to be useful so both are an excellent addition to your endgame but the chest armour and knockout shield perks take so long to activate that they’re basically irrelevant in almost all situations. Just seems weird that the lengendaries are so hot and cold...
