VISUAL BUG! - Gibraltar Skyhook BROKEN!

There's a game breaking visual bug when I've played Gibraltar on Skyhook. I don't know what causes it. As soon as I leave Skyhook the bug goes away. 

It's like giant blue objects flickering and obscuring everything so it's impossible to play. 
I play on an Xbox Series X, game has no issues like that anywhere else. Not sure if it's specific to Gibby, and what causes it. His gunshield maybe? Some kind of visual bug from the blue glow from the gunshield? 

But it is a game breaking bug, needs urgent fixing.
