Weapon adjustment proposal

peacekeeper: Change the number of bullets fired to 10 (1 bullet added to the head area. There is no headshot detection, so this is not a problem). Damage per hit changed from 12 to 10. Ammo count change from 6 to 5. Change from Accelerator to Kinetic Feeder.

30-30 Repeater: Changed from Skullpiercer to Kinetic Feeder.　Use Kinetic Feeder primarily to increase charge speed.　

However, be sure to adjust the charging speed carefully.
