Weapon Adjustment Requests (Amended 2025/04/24 )

Added information about L-Star .

Below are the tweaks required without the accelerator.

[P2020] As a premise, the concept of dual pistols should be based on the performance when using one pistol. This is because if the concept is not decided, it can be changed freely and balance adjustments cannot be made. As of April 23, 2025, there is some performance improvement when using dual pistols, but I personally think it is within the acceptable range. However, if we consider the concept mentioned above, it is strange to change to auto-fire when using dual pistols, so please remove auto-fire. If you really want to maintain auto-fire, please make it possible to use auto-fire when using a single P2020 and then adjust the performance. Alternatively, two shots per click (one on each side) would be appropriate.

[Proposal for additional specifications for energy ammo weapons] A proposal to add a feature to energy ammo weapons that will increase or decrease damage when firing continuous shots over a certain period of time, such as full burst fire. The reason for this proposal is to make it easier to adjust the performance balance while maintaining the characteristics of energy ammo weapons. The addition of the aforementioned features will allow for flexible adjustments to weapon balance while maintaining the individual characteristics of each weapon, such as Nemesis's damage reduction during continuous firing and Devotion's damage increase during continuous firing. We speculate that the recent adjustments to the L-Star were made to make adjustments without spending too much development time, but by adding the energy ammo specifications mentioned above, we believe it is possible to adjust the weapon balance without removing the reverse hipfire that is unique to the L-Star as an LMG.

The following have not been requested or changed so far.

Delete the accelerator, and change the specification so that it is easier to accumulate ultimates if you deal damage. There will be no increase for downing, killing, or annihilating troops (This is because it may give an advantage to the party that interferes during the battle).

 [Nemesis] -Reverting the effects of Charge and Barrel to what they were in Season 24 Split 1.  4-shot burst → 3-shot burst. Adjusted number of rounds in the extended magazine (24,28,32 → 24,30,36). This is the adjustment method if the current specifications are not changed.

[R99]Currently it's not a problem because its usage rate is low, but the R99 is too strong, so we think it will be necessary to reduce its damage in the future (13 → 12). After making the change, we recommend monitoring the impact and increasing the number of bullets in the extended magazine as necessary to balance it out.

[EVA-8]-Increase the EVA's spread over distance, and see if the Mozambique's rate of fire needs to be adjusted based on that.

-Fix the abnormal specification of no recoil when hip-firing. Currently there is recoil when ADS. Increase recoil when hip firing. At the very least, reverse the specifications for ADS and hip fire.

[Shotguns in general]- Reduce accuracy in the air. Instead of increasing spread, add random recoil up, down, left and right. - Remove hip-fire spread and add random recoil up, down, left and right. When hip-firing a shotgun, it seems more natural to increase random recoil up, down, left and right rather than increasing spread. - There is no problem with the current state when ADS. 

[Headshot damage multiplier]Adjusted to Sniper > Heavy > Light > Energy (Shotguns have no head multiplier).Wingmen will be adjusted individually (no problems as is).

[Charge Rifle] - Select-fire receiver removed. 

[Prowler] - Select-fire receiver now the default.
