What Characters need buffs/nerfs

I think Caustic should be the first character in the game with no ultimate ability, he should just have two abilities with separate cool downs or they could continue to work off a resource meter leaving him with choices to make. If we made his ultimate just another ability he could be great, he would have to choose between traps or an active smoke grenade. I don't think his ult as is would work for this it would more than likely need a nerf to its range potentially. In theory it would be equal to his traps but he would have to make a choice between a passive or active set up. Again this would work off one resource meter potentially so he wouldn't have double the use of abilities or anything. I don't think he should get a new ultimate ability if they chose to do this, he would be (for now if they did it) the only character with "two" tactical abilities but he would have no ult. I put two in quotes because they would still work off the same meter.

If you see problems with this tell me, also cause I know someone skimmed I did say his ults range would be nerfed to make this work.
