? Hes right theres only 1 white male character (which cost money) which is really stupid when this is a american company their main demographics are white males and perhaps asians on the asia server. I don't care its about gameplay but if someone calls out EA pulling out the heavy diversity pandering trope they aren't wrong. I'll say at least the disabled octane fits him more then a robotic arm female during ww2.

Yeah, i said: imbalance - there all kinds of tanned from sun characters - males, females, homosexual or metrosexual (Mirage). And developers dont care maybe i want to chose a tiny asian transgender guy or white feminist cyborg guy or red chief that scalping during execution))) Also the funniest thing is that in practice, most battles looks like the softball league (baseball for girls) with a robo as a pitcher))) At least it doesn't exactly look like the best warrior champions of the galaxy or what they have there...

You shouldn't take everything so seriously, man, i'm just mocking ugly character design. But behind this is a serious thought - there a lot of unnecessary garbage, which does not affect the gameplay. What purpose from sexual preferences or being a queer here? Why not blue or green skinned characters if overall design is so bright? It is si-fi setting here. Characters conception is terribly unprofessional, like childish pranks with millons of dollars. Characters must be not a bunch of silly freaks with aspects that don't involved in gameplay, that don`t complement game universe and gameplay concept harmoniously. But developers purposefully create roughness for the purpose of scandalous PR (same with Battlefield 5). Cheap trick. Of course, I absolutely do not care about skin color of the characters, but I care when they poke it in the face and wasting resources instead of directing energy on improving the product. You understand that these rascals count on gamers to be racists and notice racial imbalance? That's what I'm trying to say. And this fact is an unprecedented meanness.
