What is your strategy?

What is your strategy when it comes to winning? I tend to prefer to avoid conflict if I'm really looking for the W. The amount of third partying that goes on, conflict is just asking to get killed.

I have had the best success at reaching the top 5+ so long as we avoid conflict. Typically we can find decent loot that gives us some type of chance.

  • @DarthValtrex Opposite of what you’re doing. I don’t care about winning so I just seek out action. Moderate amount of times if I’m with randoms it leads to success, other times it doesn’t
  • @DarthValtrex I Just Leeroy Jenkins into every enemy I see unless my team are even slightly cooperative in which case I'll point out the enemies positions and wait for my team to catch up before resuming my Leeroy Jenkins. It might sound like a noobs death wish but my opponents are usually baffled by my lack of fear and assume I'm some sort of Twitch god so they sometimes panic and make irrational decisions which allows my team to get a kill. If only they knew I was just a blind bat trying to get close enough to see them lol
  • Full on in your face aggression, though that’s rando attention span and organisation dependant.

  • depends on situation

if i want to top 5 (mission or ranked) i usually camp for save places and only battling as third party
but if i just play for fun usually i rush people to kill or be killed since camping is bery easy to be bored

  • Keep track of time, land your shots, use your ring to your advantage, plan one step ahead, ambush and third partying are the keys to winning, and prioritize killing the enemy over reviving a teammate. You try to revive a teammate in an area where the enemy knows one of you is down, and you're just asking to get shot. Cut people off using the ring rather than rushing towards a conflict while the ring is moving, chances are they're hurt and without cover, which is easy kills. Land your shots, simple. Planning is also key, but kinda depends on ring position. Play for position rather than charging the enemy. If your enemy can't reach you, but you can reach them, that's easy kills. Use cover, always use cover. If you have a mic, call out what you're doing and where the enemy is. Loot fast. Listen for the enemy, you'll hear them (WHEN THE AUDIO IS WORKING) before you see them.
