What made YOU quit apex?

For the people that quit or barely play anymore but still visit this sub what was the reason you dropped off from the game? CM - this post was created by another account

im an mnk player and i just dont feel like i belong in apex legends anymore becouse 95% of my enemys are controller players nowdays,

just look at your own statistics :d 80-90% of pro players are controller players now? ? maybe becouse its over powerd ??

and i dont blame the controller players, but take a look at your statistics and you have to see something is off right?

the players like me who dont want to switch to controller even too its overpowerd just rather leave and go play something else,

so thats why i left :d and now playing other fps games against other mnk players and it just feels more fair somehow.

its a controller game guys, its not for us anymore

Well I need to update my reasons to be just one and the one true reason that made me quit, uninstalled it this week, is the following...

I am super happy that after a long time of total silence from you as game studio, you managed to post a sort of apology. You informed us about how the algorithm worked, sort of, and what went wrong and tried to explain the horrow show you made us go through. Well I can argue with you on many points how in theory the system would end up in the state, before you even tested it, but hey that is a different story I am not employed in your business. Neither am I your analyst of data to draw more accurate conclusions with sound data instead of your stupidly simple graphs and somehow manage to draw complex conclusion based on that. Well I can be angry about the fact, in my eyes your professional level just dropped way below amateur level, but that is just my honest opinion.

The absolute last straw drawn for me and also the nail in the coffin was the decision to not revert back to the old system but just "refine", "tweak" and keep building upon this broken mess of yours. This show to me that you can't seem to accept failure and want to lie to yourself about being able to save the new system and the money spent on developing it.

I will not stay on the sinking ship anymore and sink with it, watching as you not listening to the crew sailing this ship screaming the answers of how to keep it afloat. I have together with many in this community stated the old system to be much more favorable in any way to this system and the amount of time I guess the "refinement" will take, will surely be several seasons, if ever you will managed to get it working in an acceptable manner.

Maybe if you are lucky and the game survives the horrow show, I might revisit the game after some years in some effort of mine as a human being to relive some old memories of what was to me one of the greatest games in my opinion. Even though I know you can't please everyone, but at this point, I don't know who you are pleasing since this system brings nothing good with it except lies and that is not a good thing.
