What S17 Rank Became

I thought S16's rank was bad, but nope, S17 takes the cake.

You get punished for playing the game, and get rewarded for ratting the whole time. In a game where its all about having skill and being better, S17 makes the high ranks look like a joke since anyone can get it just by ratting and doing nothing. Considering an ALGs player played 50 games and did nothing every single game is just insane. This game used to require skills, now it requires the will to loot medkits and rat the whole time.

You play the game, you lose points, even ladder points, you don't play the game, bam... pred.

Also with S17, my teammates are even more terrible, and the enemy teams are no where near the "skill level" the match is suppose to be at. I understand it would take a bit to get adjusted, but this "system" was being tested for a while now, surely its not still learning the difference between a good player and a bad player. My teammates are almost always the first ones to get knocked, and its because they make day 1 player mistakes, such as running in to a fight as a solo thinking they're a TTV pred who can solo a whole lobby.

Players could shred a full masters team while being in the gold or plat rank, and get no real points out of it, and I'm talking about the actual masters, not the ones who got boosted, or otherwise got carried by teammates or by the abuse of the system. Last season players would non-stop respawn teammates to farm points, this season, you don't even see anyone... like... ever, and when you do, you get 3rd, 4th, 5th partied by all the players who were ratting and are now in the top 10.

This game went from unplayable, to completely broken.
