Where is the havoc nerf!?
I thought you guys said that havoc was getting nerfed, but yet it takes all my shield and health with like 5 bullets.

This coming Tuesday is the event which is a new balance patch. I expect the Havoc to be nerfed in it. If not, feel free to complain in the patch update thread.
For now, we just have to wait a few more days.
