Why am I being placed with level 50's-100's when i'm level 500

@JACKTH3R1PP3R97 Like what @pastaclown said but also the fact that the servers might not have enough players for your region to even join matches, so they have to add low level players that exist.

Or maybe it's just that those players you keep getting either got boosted by a high level friend, or they're cheating... or they're just smurphs.
