Why are recoil scripts so rampant?

Honestly, it's not fun to fight something beaming people at 120+ meters with an R99 whilst perfectly B-hopping and wallbouncing. Seen scripts in many games but this is getting to PUBG levels of bad h...

Probably people get them as a response to the autoaim that controllers use.
