Why are the casual lobbies so stacked with the top players now ?

I noticed this season im getting better teammates but also playing agasint the best of the best. Is the new ranked system making the so called 10k hardstuck masters quit ranked and 3 stack in casuals...

@r1ggedgame Wait, are you in my lobbies? Because that's what I've been seeing for a few seasons now.

The champion team is almost always a diamond, master, or pred.
