Why are we respawning with armor and gear?

It was a change that was definitely needed. As players would rather quit and go back to the lobby than be respawned. Can you elaborate on how it makes no sense to you?
If you are killing a team, there is no way for them to come back. If you mean a player, then yeah, you didn't finish the team so they have a chance to respawn. But now they have a fighting chance. Before there was no point in respawning.
If you are not finishing a 3rd and they can go respawn, maybe focus on that more, go chase them. I feel like you are on the opposite side of the argument, like it was useless to respawn your teammates. All it did was symbolize a beacon to the entire lobby to come and wipe you. Now you have a fighting chance.
