@Heeep9 I've created cases before and went like "Yeah this guy was rude and called me x, y, z", then I get an email response saying they understand how frustrating it could be to come across cheaters. I'm sorry... what?

@Midnight9746 My man... When I was in the U.S., I requested several phone calls, and every phone call did not do any progress. No offense, I am a Chinese guy, and every time it will be an Indian guy calling. We kind alike can not understand what each of us was saying. Then I have to go with the chatbox, and every time I got is "be patient." it fxxked me up.
