Why can't Loba And Alter pickup teammates banners?

Both of them being able to pickup banners would be a tremendous buff to both characters and beneficial to the game because it would further open up gameplay by allowing us to keep the team together w...

@Datboi0220 Loba's Black market being universal is how it's always worked.
Crafting Banners is team-wide as long as you have a support on the team.
Everyone can grab banners, that's universal.
Therefore, everyone should be able to use the black market to grab their mates banners if they add that capability to the black market.
