That's what happens when game devs tailor soloq players who just want to run and shoot vs teamwork, communicate, improve not only mechanically.
Also when you reach Diamond same thing happens just you get cheaters, much much better opponents and every 5-10 games fed into Master/Pred lobby where you face top of the of the above mentioned skills and have 0% to do basically anything.
Matchmaking is EBMM + random.
Today played like 10 games during 15:00 UTC+2:
- Diamond lobby all good
- Got put into Master/Pred and high Diamond lobby
- Diamond lobby all good
- 4 or 5 games Diamond/Plat lobby with huge discrepancy of D4/D3 getting assigned P4/P3 randoms who perform accordingly
- 6-8 game got constantly 2 Plat players in Diamond lobby, performed accordingly = sucked
- 9-10 game faced brutally obvious hackers every game, one game there was even 3 teams with wallhacker on each of them, was so funny to watch them in the end game :D
To sum up - I don't know who is in charge of this development and which data / solutions they use, what is the goal of all of this but it just goes from bad to worst. Now "waiting" to see what happens in June with new implementation of no options to team up as soon as you reach Diamond+
