Ah your statement about random teammates, "...they're mostly useless aren't they? Either [they] get knocked or disconnect instantly." There are plenty of those times where my teammates simply don't have the same coordination and may get caught in "bad spots"- perhaps following a maneuver that the rest of the team missed. Thus more escape would deem useful.
(Perhaps not so related to the topic but-) Many times for myself; (I play exclusively by myself- no pre-made teammates) these random teammates who're "not-so-coordinated" Or have the mobility to compensate for positioning mistakes, can actually offer great counter-attacks and even a full-reversal in a fight! It takes careful planning to think "where do I want to be in connection to my foe or unknown foe (an enemy not yet discovered in the field)? Perhaps it's partly the responsibility of the player to recognize their limitations- speaking of mobility- and compensate.
