Why such MM?

Hello everyone i hope yall are doing well , i want to talk abt why i dislike this game....i get put against players with 12k kills and sometimes 50k and one i got with 90k kills on their single main character while mine is 16k in my lifetime playing the game, my K/D r is 1.36 and my average dmg is 369 (the highest 5k is from wild card mode) so why do i go against enemies who are way stronger than me while my teammates (including me) arent that strong ? I know the strong enemies might be weaker than they look cuz they may have more kills cuz they played extremely , but i still get killed and lose 9p% of the time in 1vs1 against them.

Please fix this cuz i keep dying over and over , put these players against their own level of skill !
