@VixTrilogy Personally, I was initially told to contact EA Help. After two months of continuous appeals, I was told something new, that I should contact the forum. It's just ridiculous

Same. And of course the circle of idiocrasy begins when you contact them after they tell you to log in to your account, provide your contact information, then respond to you to tell you they know how frustrating it must be and to provide them with your account/contact information; which was already provided to them upon initiating the report. I swear they never read the content within the case report nor pay any attention to the details but this is what happens when a billion dollar industry hires out third world call centers for pennies a day.
