Why was the account suspended?

 

Hello, dear apex staff. I'm a gamer from China. I was playing my first game today when I noticed that my account had been suspended. The game lasted less than two minutes and I wondered why my account was suspended. Like many gamers, I hate the use of auxiliary players. I 've never used auxiliary software either, but I can't figure out why my account is being blocked. Please tell me why the account was suspended. If it is because someone in my Internet cafe used the auxiliary software, I will play the game somewhere else. I really like this game, although I only played 49 hours, but I have to spend time every day to play games.Hope you can identify the real auxiliary players, so that the majority of players have a better game experience!And,I'm innocent!~>_<~

    是的，而且我的邮箱是QQ邮箱，我根本收不到APEX发给我的邮件，也不能给那个帐号发邮件Q.Q

    My apex account was blocked by mistake; There is no solution yet; I play for more than 150 hours; I'm anxious; And desperate; I have no hope now.
