@iSavageSamuraiX- Wattson definitely has potential. Whether she is successful, however, is a rather subjective notion. Was Wraith successful? Or Octane? The truth is, it takes two to make it work: the player and the code. Wattson's capabilities allow for a new style of play, including more diversity in game mechanics and general feel for the world of Apex Legends. I agree with @Anlbird on his statement that Apex is an aggressive player's game, but I believe that it is more of a fool's hope to ignore the fact that camping exists regardless of a new legend than to complain about the addition bolstering a camper's stance in-game. Nothing about Wattson's skills blatantly suggests that she would not be powerful for aggression, either, and in short she is a good introduction to more thoughtful approaches to BR combat. This is Respawn's attempt at diverging further from the typical modes of this genre, so with that being said I applaud them. I would hate to see yet another spin-off of a rapidly developing facet of the video game industry fall directly into the black hole of fellow Battle Royale's.
