Wingman ——> Wingsad:(
Ok devs
you can probably guess what this ones about. My beloved wingman that was so incredible at the beginning of the game is now trashed by the ammo nerf you gave it. Not to mention all of the other side nerfs along the way since game launch. After speaking with multiple community players everyone of us have agreed that the wingman was a victim of noob bashing because of course the new player base didn’t have anything better to do than to complain about a weapon that was killing them, when the fact of the matter is the r-99 was always a more competitive choice than the OG wing-a-ling.i promise that the fortunes of those who complained haven’t improved much since then. The only difference is that now they are getting dookied on by a havoc or r-99 instead. I have two points to make here Respawn.
A. Buff the wing man to former glory (minus the 99 damage headshots)
B. Don’t nerf a weapon into the ground simply because children complain. Variety of approach is what makes a game great. Giving player valuable options to compete with makes the game feel fresh and prevents people from being forced to use whatever the “meta” of the time is. Please do us a solid and think about it.
