Wraith and mirage fix

These are two great characters yet there is a prob.

Wraith is being nerfed to the gound. 

The big blue glow when she phazes is dumb because shes meant to be invisible but u can follow her soooo easily and finish killing her.

When someone starts to shoot wraith, wraith will die while at 200HP before she can phaze due to the animation taking too long.

Wraith takes like 5 steps and is visable again and NO longer moves faster ☹️ 

Sooo shes not an excape artist anylonger. Just a procrastinator because she just delays the inevitable if shes up against any half decent player who knows the game. 

Her ult doesnt inflict damage on opponents soo i dont think her nerfs were necessary for any reason, but now her abilities along with the damage percentage nerf she take for being a "low profile" character she has become boring, kinda weak, and not interesting.  **** her portal is fine as is 

Her phaze needs more steps or less blue blurr effect or speed for entering or casting the phaze ability orrrr even her speed given back. 

Mirage is fun and enjoyable. His ult is wayyyy too short. The decoys from his ult should all do random things and last i think his ability decoys should regen super fast.. just because they dont always work and are easily destroyed plus most of the time people know its a decoy or hear the decoy being activated.... honestly it wouldnt make him OP and wouldnt hurt anything if they did... just limit them to 2 at all times and he wud be perfect.

Then he would be just like pathfinder, wraith, and even Gibraltar... top tier choices
