Wraith Buff

Wraith is already one of the most powerful legends in the game. The one thing you need to remember this is a team game, you have two team mates that you need to communicate with to make things work.

Her Passive is already pretty powerful, you have information that you are being aimed at, that means you are in sight of someone, anywhere at any time, if you were to get a marker on them that would be far too powerful and you get a benefit from doing nothing, just because the enemy has aimed at you from a mile away.

I can see a slight time increase in time for her tactical but definitely do not tone down the visuals of the trail, it should only really be used to avoid damage and nothing else, you only have a very small increase in speed so its not a getaway ability. its more of an ability to cross open areas, or avoid grenades or damage.

Her ult is a team based ult, she sets down a portal for everyone to use, she gets increased speed while in that ultimate, she can just set down a portal behind enemies for the whole team to jump out of which is really powerful in my opinion. really see no issue in wraiths ability at the moment.
