Wraith buff

Wraiths tactical should be able to be charged, if it’s not charged and just tapped it activated immediately it doesn’t last as long and is very visible where wraith is moving. If it’s held to charge it lasts a lot longer and is way less visible where she is going. The charge animation can be the current two fingers up animation for wraith. I personally think it’s a cool concept and that it would be fun to have it in the game
