Yet another soon to be ignored thread on teaming up

Hello, I came across 3 squads (in Duos) that teamed up when 5 squads were left, and one of the squads gave the win to the other. They may have teamed up earlier, I wasn't around long enough as I queued nofill in duos.
Here's all the names I gathered while spectating:

-- teams 2 and 3 consisted of Crypto, Wattson, Lifeline (one of the teams only had 1 member alive)

Last 3 rings were around Fight Night, they stood (5 or 6 of them), inside the boxing ring, waiting for everyone else to die.
After I died (fighting a 4th squad) and the 4th squad died mostly to the incoming circle, the remaining 3 teaming-up squads just threw all their items on the ground and 2 of the teams condeced the win to team #1, by simply dying to the circle.

I find this kind of behaviour unacceptable, considering the fact that I usually get premade with people that dive, die and leave, and have to face teams that disrupt the gameplay.

Can't attach screenshot, but here's a link to the it

  • Hey @grimuletz,

Sorry to hear about this! That type of behavior is absolutely against the spirit of the game and is not something we find acceptable either.

There is now an option in-game to report players for Teaming so we can take a closer look at the situation with a bit more data from that particular timeframe. That's going to be the best way to bring this directly to the attention of the correct team if you should run into teams doing this. Once you open the report option in-game, this option is under Gameplay Disruption > Colluding With Enemies.

If you have additional information to pass along or are otherwise not able to use that reporting option, you can also report that with the form here: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/report-players-for-cheating-abuse-and-harassment/#eahelp

I've edited the names out of your post per our forum guidelines, but thanks for taking the time to bring that to our attention.

  • Hello @EA_Mako , thanks for taking the time to reply.
I apologize for having mentioned their names (I never intended any backlash to reach them in any way).
I usually keep reporting for extremely toxic teammates (No, not Caustic) or players I feel are using cheats.
I will follow your advice, you are appreciated <3

Have an awesome day, week and weekend!
    Much love, grim!

@grimuletz I wish there was a system in place that detects players clearly working together and starts zapping their health until they fight or something.
