I opened 80 packs to find absolutely zero heirloom shards. Its the only reason i bought them. I don't give a * about a legendary banner for Gibraltar... complete ripoff andI want my money back.

@Professor_Doggy I'm not sure if there is an official counter, but I know there's a website that can approximate how many you've opened. You just need to enter your level, what SP you've bought, how high you got on them, etc. It isn't 100% accurate, but is an estimate.

@E9ine_AC, @madmarty87 I can definitely understand the frustration. This is feedback we've been hearing since the heirloom shards were introduced, and we have passed it along to the Apex Legends team. If anything changes with this in the future we'll be sure to post an announcement to let everyone know. /Kent

@madmarty87 I don’t think you get heirloom shards at seperate packs i think you would just get all 150 at once whenever you unbox an heirloom

Yes, a pack comprising *just* heirloom shards. (Enough to buy precisely 1 heirloom)
There's a pity timer so you're guaranteed to get one after at most 500 packs

@EA_Kent What about us who didnt get the choice but the games coding picked for us? I am sad I just dropped another 200 + into packs for no shards so i can maybe get the 1 i want. While these new people get the choice of their own and i have to live with blood hound who i never play nor will i ever. I am sad was hoping with event going id have better chances but nope still having drop hundreds for 1 single item is little much. The rarity of these is beyond wrong with the amount money ive put in. Well over 1 thousand bucks. Just for heirlooms.. To have it picked for me. Is there nothing in the future coming to make this right?

Just 1 of many reasons I have only spend like 50$ on Apex even when I actually really like the game. But there pricing and model, for how to obtain cosmetics are not worth it imo. Fortnite I have spend at least 500$ from back when I played that game in season 1 till around 4-5 ish. Because there model is less aggressive in pricing and more freedom to pick the cosmetics you like the most.

I can understand where you're coming from, but that's the way the game was initially set up before the heirloom shards were introduced. I haven't heard if there are any plans to allow the option to exchange or refund an heirloom, I'm afraid.

@EA_Kent Is shame just dropped another 300+ for no heirloom I just want my wraith. Completely unfair for us 500 who have zero chances with out dropping loads of cash into the game for 1 cosmetic. The irony here is it for me 2 times now ive got heirlooms 1 thousand dollars for those 2. Now im trying for another just so i can have the one i want as i get to choose now unlike before. I just feel 100% cheated.
