Zero heirloom shards in 80 apex packs...
I opened 80 packs to find absolutely zero heirloom shards. Its the only reason i bought them. I don't give a * about a legendary banner for Gibraltar... complete ripoff and I want my money back.

@EA_Kent So it’s basically $250-500 for a cosmetic... Seems reasonable. Also, it’s a new update. That said not how it was from the beginning and it’s very misleading. The normal gamer shouldn’t have to comb through patch notes to figure this out. I’ll still play the game, but I mean it when I say I will never buy another in game purchase from EA
its actually very common knowledge amongs apex players. and id be kind angry to see it nerfed after spending roughly 1k for two of them.
