Zero heirloom shards in 80 apex packs...
I opened 80 packs to find absolutely zero heirloom shards. Its the only reason i bought them. I don't give a * about a legendary banner for Gibraltar... complete ripoff and I want my money back.

for the record: I got some shards after opening 400 boxes (from the beginning of the game)
