#2 Twitch prime set ( Apex legends )

Hi, so I wanted to know if u guys can help me fix my problem? Today the Wattson and L-star skins came out in Apex. I really liked the skins so I connected my EA account with my twitch prime account. Everything was going well, finally it said that the next time I log onto my account I will achieve the skins and packs but I didn’t... I’ve been trying every way to get the skins and packs and nothing seems to work. I would really appreciate if u guys can help me with this problem. My username is FIJ1 wtr, oh and also my friend HOTHEAD 613 is also having the same issues. Thanks for spending your time and thanks for creating an amazing game.
