3rd partied at least 80% of the time
I can confidently at least 80% of my deaths are to 3rd partying. There needs to be something done about 3rd partying. Reduce the range on gunshot sounds, something, this is ridiculous.

Get high ground, Dont go into the center of the circle. Dont engage enemies for longer then a minute.
