500+ Apex Packs and no heilroom shards.

Hello everyone, and the apex legends team.

I certainly should have already received an heilroom set in the game, i have clearly opened more than 550 apex packages.

Every seasson I buy the battle pass coins in packs, 5 seassons = 5k apex coins = 50 packs
My account is lvl 500+ = 198 packs
S1,S2,S3,S4,S5 Complete BatlePass = 62 Packs
I bought all the packages for this week's event, Grand Soirée, = 175 packs
I have all editions, Pathfinder, Blood Hound, Life Line, Octane and the coins I bought in apex packs = 41 Packs
Twitch Prime and, Origin Acess account = 15 Packs
Among other occasions I bought packages randomly, i have the heilroom of wraith, but i gain in the first 10 packages opened in the account.
Something is wrong, and I kindly ask the team to correct it.

@rvlmarlonQuite a bit of the event packs did not have a chance of hierlooms. They was excluded from the crates. Also once you get a hierloom your crate count is reset to 0.

And where is that written? are you saying i purchased 175 apex packages and they don't count towards heilroom progress?

@rvlmarlon I had a lot people tell me event packs the free ones do not contain the hierloom (at the time). When you got Wraiths hierloom your crate count was reset back to zero.

@rvlmarlon Not that packs that can be bought i gained a hierloom from the packs in the store. I mean when you would get packs for completing event quests and such.

I got the heilroom in the first 10 packages, clearly I opened more than 550 after that. I'm not even including the loba and rampart quest packs in the count

@rvlmarlon I have quite a bit of the hierlooms and I do keep count once i get one. I have never had it glitch on me personally. Not at all saying it has not on yours. The system is set up to randomize your chances on getting it I have not seen it not give them the way they designed it. Nor have my many of friends who have all so far have had it happen.

Again not saying it cant or didnt for you.

I will wait for someone on the team to answer at least the number of packs that are missing, but still I believe there is a flaw

@rvlmarlonThe event packs that you purchase for event exclusive skins (heirlooms) don't count. Standard packs do, so the packs you receive from level 0-500 count and so do the battle pass packs. The 175 packs you purchased from this event should count towards the guarantee as most are standard apex packs. My best guess is your 41-56 packs shy of the guarantee assuming you did not purchase any skins with coins you've bought.

If you don't get one in the next 56 packs let us know.

I didn't buy event packages, just traditional apex packages.

Like I said in other threads, I started the game about 3 months ago and found my first heirloom shards at about level 40 or something. Coming here in the forum, I discovered that the chances to get them are very low. I read that you should get at least one after 500 packs, but it seems it is not the case for some people. This has left me with many questions honestly.
