Abandon penalty

I got sent in a rank match by myself about 3 times in a short period of time. This time when I left I got banned for 15 days. I think that’s a bit harsh, especially since I was alone in a ranked match. Is there any way to contact them, like a live support?

    @BadManGlock9  Well if it wasn't you, you probably want to have words with your brother, as he's wracking up your ban and ruining ranked matches for all the team mates he's ditched also.
