About Rank mode update in S31・32

To be frank, all smoke and mirrors if they can't even address the pain all the soloq players have in getting unskilled teammates 99% of the time.
And no, the difference in Playstyle is by no means the issue ... its plain and simple Teammates that dont even know how to play the game.
No q's, not ults , lifelines that dont know how to tap, fuses that cant do dmg with his knuckle cluster, no ring scans nothing.
I could go on with the list but i think you get me point.
And Respawn lets those ppl get to plat and above ... 
Introduce a quality queue, i (and i think a lot of fellow players) would even wait minutes for a game that actually has players that are on the same page. would also lower the gap between a random team and a 3stack.
