@GRiPSViGiL It's more manipulation than outright cheating per say...no game files are altered so it isn't a hack.
To clarify i'm not condoning the use of these controller macro's in any way and would love to see them banned....but let's be honest here, that's not gonna happen.
On a side note,is there any paddle attachments for ps4 controllers that don't come with a built in macro feature? Apex recently killed my left analog and i've just replaced it with another normal controller...don't really want to fork out for another controller just yet. XD

@DarthValtrex I never said it wasn't unfair, i said it was manipulation, which it is. They're not currently bannable as it's integrated into hardware and doesn't "hack" the games files.
The macro's don't aim for you, they don't remove the need to think and position for yourself, you can't see through walls with them nor can you move speeds above the norm. Which is why nothing is being done about them, However they're an advantage gained through monetary purchase which goes against the whole "no pay to win" ethos of Apex legends.
I do think Respawn should be implementing some sort of anti macro detection software, which is easily possible as many mmorpgs have done it in the past to prevent "botting" e.g the autonomous gathering of resources, farming of kills to gain an advantage.
This is done by tracking the same constant movement patterns, if they're exactly the same every time then it flags the action as a macro since humans cannot repeat the exact same precise movements constantly on a regular basis, thus the player receives a ban.
