Is there a way to contact the developers?
I am a new player and am getting very frustrated with the problems in this game. The sad thing is it is a good concept for a game, I'm mostly a turn based rpg player so for me it's a whole different world, I got here by accident and decided to stay. However, after two months the problems just keep mounting both technical issues and toxicity within the community itself. Someone needs to look into this.
I feel like maybe I have one or two matches I enjoy every night, but I have no hope of ever doing over 20 damage, the lag is so bad on the switch version if three or more legends are on the screen at once I slow to a halt and am already hit by a bullet when it moves again, it's taken me two months to level up to 57, anf I've spent up to 6 hours doing firing range exercises because I want to be good enough to play with my friends.
I haven't quit yet because it is fun and I've done so much level grinding already, I was hoping to have better stats by now, but grinding doesn't bother me if it pays off. On this game though there are too many barriers to entry.
EA says on its websites it's goal is accessibility for all and that it's goal is for all people to be able to play it's games.
I would like to contact whoever is in charge of this game and just give them a list of my issues. If they mean everything they say on their website, then I am included in the people they want to be able to enjoy this game. I have not been able to find a contact us or email anywhere, it always redirects back here, where there are only forum moderators. Even if they can't answer me back with anything except a form letter at least I would know they know about the problems.
Just add your feedback suggestions here. That is part of what the forum is about and the posts do get looked at and if they have merit they are passed up the chain.
Just be sure to be constructive and look at the game as a whole and how a suggestion would benefit the Game, most if not all players and also the company.
Posting does matter and is seen/read.
